All of our in-person interactions are biometric based for usernames and passwords – for identification and verification. Our brains are excellent at unconsciously administering liveness tests based on face, voice, body type, diction, shared private memories, and mood.

The new behavioural biometric technology follows on from NatWest’s successful pilots of biometric fingerprint technology with debit and credit cards which allowed payments of up to £100 to be verified using a fingerprint instead of PIN.
