If you are unable to attend your scheduled biometric services appointment for good cause, you may request to reschedule your appointment by calling the USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283 (TTY 800-767-1833). You must make your request before the date and time of the original appointment, and you must establish good cause for rescheduling.

If you have received your appointment notice, but your dependent(s) have not, it may be possible for your family members to attend your appointment. The USCIS ASC may agree to capture their biometrics on the same day even if they do not have scheduled appointments. The decision to combine the biometric screenings is at the discretion of the ASC.

That’s it, my account was all set-up with the email I registered my UKVI application with. Book Your Biometric Appointment . You can book an appointment in two ways: On the UKVCAS website ; by phone by calling the UKVCAS Premium Support Line on 0900 165 6600 (Calls cost £2.50 per minute) Personally I did all of this myself via the website.
