Hi is there anyway to ask for expedited process before the biometrics for I-131? I know you can do like advanced parole after biometrics but I haven’t even received my biometrics appointment… I saw on the website for the criteria which you can request expedition but my reason for travel is to study abroad at a foreign university and I need to leave the country as soon as I can.

You must apply for the travel document before leaving the United States. Generally, an applicant for a travel document must also complete biometrics capture at an Application Support Center (ASC) prior to departure from the United States.

If you’ve given your biometrics before as part of an application for a visitor visa or study or work permit, your biometrics are probably still valid. Find out if your biometrics are still valid and when they expire by using the Check Status tool. If they’re still valid, you don’t have to give your biometrics again.
