This is a nice addition to Android since law enforcement officials, muggers, and other would-be assailants can force you or trick you into to unlocking your smartphone with your fingerprint, face, or voice. Or, someone with a similar face or voice can unlock your phone without your biometric signature. However, when it comes to law enforcement, they cannot legally make you enter a pattern, PIN, or password due to 5th Amendment rights.

You can lock your work profile on devices with Android 7.0 Nougat or later. If you try to open a work app, you’ll be prompted to enter your passcode. Some administrators require a lock. If so, you’ll be prompted to set it when you set up your Android device. If your current screen lock meets the work profile lock requirements, you can use the same passcode for both. That way, you can open your work apps without having to enter another passcode. For devices with Android 9.0 Pie or later ...

If you're using a device with Android v5.0 or later and a fingerprint reader you'll need to scan your finger each time you authenticate via Duo Mobile (if required by your administrator). If you're not able to scan your fingerprint using the sensor you can also approve the Duo authentication request using the device's passcode (the same one you use on the Android lock screen).

You cannot (barring any hardware tweaks.) If you root your phone and install a custom ROM, you may be able to remove the "Turn off" and "Reboot" options from the Power menu. However, Nexus 5 (as do most modern phones) has a hard-wired feature, where holding the power button for 10 seconds shuts the phone off.

In the event you are abroad or if you merely wish to backup your data, it is easy to disable mobile data on your Moto G6. To get this done, drag down the notifications bar of your Moto G6. After that just click Shortcuts. Once you’re there, just simply deselect the mobile data icon. To observe in case it is disabled, the icon need to be grayed out. Thus, your Moto G6 should not connect to the 3G or 4G network.
