11/26/2020 – received notice of applications from USCIS. 3/2/2021 – received notice for biometrics. 3/22/2021 – biometrics appointment. 5/20/2021 – received RFE for medical exam (had not sent this with the application) 6/29/2021 – sent medical exam. 7/1/2021 – new card is being produced. 7/2/2021 – case was approved.

I checked the USCIS websites, Lawfully app and the Notifier for USCIS app to see if there was any update that I can tell me what it was about -- RFE or Biometrics appointment. Lo and behold, I was holding the letter. When I opened it, I felt a great relief to see that it was a biometrics appointment. I was so relieved.
