Make sure you bring a government-issued ID document and your original biometrics appointment notice. The biometrics appointment is crucial to your application; without this document, you will not be able to have your biometrics captured. This is the main reason why individuals are turned away at the ASC.

The appointment itself is straightforward. It should take about 15 to 20 minutes total. When you arrive on your scheduled biometrics appointment date, you will likely have to wait for a bit. Then, at your appointment time, the officer will take your fingerprints, photograph, and your signature. That’s it!

Yes you can reschedule your visa appointment and your biometrics too. You can even change the location of your interview (within the country) if you like. I have done both of these things, change the date and location and had no issues. As an afterthought : You cannot have two set of dates for interview/biometrics.

Our team will run the tests, cover the details and handle all of the workload so you can focus on what’s important—the results. Remote employees can participate, too. Employees who are unable to attend on-site biometric screening events can participate via a home kit, at one of 1,300 locations in our lab collection network, or we can capture data from a primary care physician office visit.
