Once it is finished with Biometrics (USCIS) then it will go to the NVC for 30 days. After those 30 days it will be sent to the Embassy/Consulate. After that the beneficiary will receive information on what to do next. This process, depending on available interview dates, can take a 3–6 months.

Many people expect to receive a response or next steps from the USCIS within a few weeks of their biometrics appointment. Unfortunately, the wait will be much longer than this. Typically, it can take anything between 5 and 10 months before you get a notice for your green card interview, for example.

How long does it take between biometrics and interview for N-400 (application for naturalization)? Hello, It has been 130 days since I did my biometrics for the N-400 application. Every time I check the case status on the USCIS website, it tells me that the application is still under "initial review." Is this normal?

After you complete your biometrics appointment, USCIS will send you another appointment notice. This notice is an invitation to your naturalization interview and exam. It will include the date, time, and location of your interview. You should receive this notice 4-8 months after you file your N-400.

I received my interview notice 2 weeks after biometrics. My EAD was approved exactly 1 month after biometrics, but I received the actual card after 6 weeks. Check your status online to see how it's moving once a weee; usually you get updates the day of biometrics and the day after or just the day after. Good luck!
