Usually 90 days or less. But it depends in part on the basis for the filing of the I-765 application (i.e., adjustment of status, deferred action, student visa, etc.) and which service center is processing the application.

In theory, after biometrics you are closer to the last steps but it could take from a month or 2, we all hope in receiving at least the AP/ EAD a couple of weeks after biometrics but as I said before, is different for everybody. In my wife's case, she never got her AP or EAD until after she received her GC.

Many people expect to receive a response or next steps from the USCIS within a few weeks of their biometrics appointment. Unfortunately, the wait will be much longer than this. Typically, it can take anything between 5 and 10 months before you get a notice for your green card interview, for example.

I got my LMIA approved (It took 2 months), And I've submitted my work permit application and my biometrics. How long do I have to wait to get it processed? They mention on their website that It should take about 3 months, But It's not clear whether this includes the LMIA processing time or not.

Over 180 days – 24%. There is thus something of an inverted bell curve. with these processing times. Roughly half of EADs are getting approved within three months, which is roughly the average in recent years. But another quarter of applications are taking at least six months or longer to get approved.

As a result of the quota and increased filings, U visa processing time has typically taken several months to a year for US CIS to review a U visa case, and it can take well over a year to actually get a U visa status. U visa processing times frequently fluctuate depending on US CIS case load, staff assignments and other factors.
