When you’re done with your biometrics capture, you’ll be requested to write down your name and sign on a logbook. You’ll then be issued an acknowledgment receipt. Voter’s registration is a process of filing an application in the municipality where the applicant lives. Upon approval, the information of the individual who registered will be included in their files. It does not automatically mean approval of your application. Accomplishing the online form does not automatically make you a registered voter. You still have to personally appear before your local COMELEC office together with the printed online application forms for QR scanning and biometrics capture to complete the filing process.
